I'm finally back!

I can't believe how long it's been since I've blogged. A lot has happened since then but another time. This blog is probably going to change its course because not only is it for weight loss but, it's also for my journey with my health and my recent diagnosis of Inclusion Body Myopathy.

I really hate to use the word "journey"...it is soooooo over used! I mean really, watch the Biggest Loser and count how many times it's used. Bleh

Not much time to write so will have to log back on later. Just wanted to say something :)
